Community Resources and Social System Guidance of St. Paul, MN

We advocate for refugees, immigrants, New Americans, and people in need to help them navigate a difficult system in hopes of helping them become successful participating citizens of our Country.

Our organization believes in accountability, respect, integrity, acceptance, and the appreciation of all the cultures that make up the communities we live in. We are proud to be the first Women-of-Color Owned & Operated Community Resource Center of Minnesota.

The F.N.C.A. team consists of several well-rounded and educated black women who focus on advocacy, communications, social work, and family/childhood development.
